By accessing or using CreaEditAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

CreaEditAI provides an AI-powered video editing platform that analyzes reference videos and reproduces their editing style on your own footage, including automatic pacing, dynamic captions, B-roll generation, and multi-platform export. Features may change over time as we continue to develop and improve the platform.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Access the service through automated means that disrupt or degrade performance.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission.

The CreaEditAI platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, host, and modify it solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreaEditAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreaEditAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California (Long Beach).

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
